August 3, 2026 – Kaysville, Utah – Grant Victor today announced the acquisition of Automated Transaction Delivery (ATD), a New Orleans-based provider of ATM managed services and transaction processing for banks and credit unions, along with its affiliated retail ATM business, ATM Worldwide.
The acquisition expands Grant Victor’s financial institution client base and adds ATD’s partnership with Velera, the nation’s premier payments credit union service organization (CUSO) and an integrated financial technology solutions provider serving more than 4,000 financial institutions throughout North America. The partnership with Velera and its client base will continue under Grant Victor.
Similar to NextBranch, one of Grant Victor’s companies that supports the FI ATM Industry, ATD has earned a strong reputation with the banks and credit unions it serves, built on long-term relationships and a managed services model that lowers operating costs and expands self-service capabilities.
“The ATD team has earned real trust with the financial institutions they serve, and that kind of reputation takes years to build. Their team and their customer base expand our market presence in a meaningful way. We are excited to have them as part of Grant Victor and to show their clients what we can deliver together,” said Jeff Matthews, Chief Executive Officer of Grant Victor.
ATD and ATM Worldwide’s clients gain the operational depth of the Grant Victor companies: nationwide field service, compliance, and security in a single monthly subscription, backed by 26 years of expert portfolio monitoring, management, and industry-leading portfolio uptime.
“Grant Victor is the best in this business, and we are excited to join the team. Our clients have always counted on us to be there for them, and joining forces means they get that same commitment backed by an industry leader,” said Trey Prats, Chief Executive Officer of Automated Transaction Delivery.
Prats will continue with Grant Victor, serving on the board and as Senior Vice President of Business Development.
