Lois Torregrosa Rossy

Luis Torregrosa Rossy was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and has sustained a successful career of more than 30 years in the hospitality, casino operations, and casino games markets. During the past ten years, he has worked as casino consultant in Puerto Rico, the United States and Latin America countries, providing advice to casinos regarding day-to-day operations, efficiencies, reorganizations and openings. He previously held management positions in the casinos of Palmas Del Mar Hotel and Casino, Sands Hotel, El San Juan Hotel, San Jerónimo Hilton, Aruba Americana Hotel, Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas and was also General Manager at the Caribe Hilton’s Casino.

Torregrosa Rossy has committed a great deal of his time to the development of casino employees, as Academic Director and Instructor of the International Croupier School. As founder of the Inter Casino Golf Classic Luis Torregrosa Tournament, all proceedings are channeled to the Puerto Rico Hospitality School, constituting its main scholarship funding resource. Besides, he holds the Six Grade Black Belt rank in Karate style Shinkyokushinkai, and is a chief Karate Judge. In 2008, the Puerto Rico Hotel Tourism Association conferred Luis Torregrosa Rossy the annual Casino Lifetime Achievement Recognition award.

Zackary ‘Zak’ Colbridge

Zachary Colbridge was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. He spent many of his younger years living in Chile with his family, where he attended school and learned Spanish while his father worked there. He also spent two years in Canada in the province of Quebec working with Latinos and learning French as well. Zachary attended Brigham Young University in Utah, where he studied Finance and has worked in various positions in that field. Most recently, he worked as a strategist for the Walt Disney Company, where he came to know and enjoy the hospitality industry. Zak speaks English, Spanish and French and in his spare time, supervises and trains volunteer groups.
