Developed as a cloud-based system, the OptConnect Portal provides customers full access to monitor and remotely control OptConnect wireless gateway devices from any internet-enabled device.

Some of the key OptConnect Portal features include:Management of an entire portfolio of devices – customers are able to view and distinguish OptConnect devices by seeing detailed information including device model numbers, serial numbers, associated ATM terminal IDs and descriptions.Monitoring of signal strength – the OptConnect Portal displays a graphical representation of current and historical wireless signal strength data, allowing customers to troubleshoot any cell signal strength issues.Automated notifications – customers can set up automated notifications, received via email, and be informed of communication issues, allowing them to quickly troubleshoot connectivity problems.Remote resetting of wireless device – with the click of a mouse or touch of a screen, customers can remotely reinitialize OptConnect devices, a task often involving phone calls or onsite technician visits.Mobile Access – the OptConnect Portal is compatible with all internet-enabled smart phones, tablets, and computers.

Combining cloud computing and wireless telemetry technologies, the OptConnect Portal’s architecture is designed to offer a vast platform for technology expansion.
